Qualifications :

 Male, Female or LGBT

 18 years old and above

 High School Graduate or College Level

 With at least 2-3 years experienced as SEWER

Core Responsibilities :

 Sewing : Operating industrial sewing machines to create or alter clothing and other textile

products.

 Machine Operation and Maintenance : Operating various sewing machines, including single-

needle, overlock, piping machines, edging, gartering and high-speed machines, and potentially

performing basic maintenance or troubleshooting.

 Inventory Management : May be involved in tracking and managing fabric and other materials.

Potential Senior-Level Responsibilities :

Supervision :

Overseeing other sewers, assigning tasks, and ensuring production deadlines are met.

 Training :

Mentoring junior sewers and teaching them sewing techniques.

 Production Management :

Potentially involved in planning and coordinating the entire sewing process, from material

preparation to finished product.

 Communication :

May need to communicate with other departments, such as merchandising or design, to

ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills :

 Expert Sewing Skills : Mastery of various sewing techniques and stitches.

 Pattern Cutting : Ability to accurately cut fabric according to patterns.

 Machine Operation : Proficiency in operating different types of sewing machines.
