Qualifications / Skills and Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or a related field.
Familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
YouTube, LinkedIn)
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase
effectiveness of social media campaigns
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively, multi-task and work well under pressure.
Creative, forward-thinking, and organized
Ideally some experience in photography, graphic design and video editing platforms
Customer support experience
Chinese speaking - an asset
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and curate company’s social media page (on Facebook) and create content for
global careers channels including LinkedIn and Instagram.
Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking and audience identification.
Develop location-specific templates and candidate messaging.
Assist with coordinating responses to messages from local candidates on social media
Help with crisis management, responding to bad reviews, and negative news communications
Generate, edit, publish, and share content regularly (could be text, image,
video, audio or HTML based)
Create meaningful connections with our social followers through dialogue and messaging
Build internal relationships with relevant stakeholders to provide multiple sources of ongoing content
Develop and moderate user-generated content, based on company and community policies
Create and implement a social media marketing plan for delivering account growth
Track and analyze analytic reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and
effectiveness; using this data to positively affect future activity
Maintain awareness of current trends on social media
SALARY RANGE : Php 20,000 – Php25,000
