Architectural Drawing Coordinator (47585) - Makati / Mumbai India

Salary : 70,000 - 150,000

Required Experience :

☆Bachelor's degree holder.

☆With experience in revising architectural design and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

☆With at least 3 years of experience in coordinating drawing details with architects, engineers, and project managers.

☆Experience with Revit is required.

☆Experience with AutoCAD is required.

• Willing to work in Mumbai, India, for at least 6 months
• Will undergo one month of training in Makati and will be assigned to Mumbai, India, for at least 6 months (All expenses will be shouldered by the Company)

Job Description :

・Prepare and revise architectural design and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

・Coordinate drawing details with architects, engineers, and project managers.

・Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and building standards.

・Maintain drawing documentation and version control throughout project phases.

・Support the design team in producing accurate and timely drawings.

・Participate in design meetings and provide updates on drawing progress.

・Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings during coordination stages.
