Inspects reliability qualification or evaluation samples based on the specified reliability test plan. Operates at least environmental test equipment such as Temperature Cycle, High Temp Storage, Burn-in Ovens, Highly Accelerated Stress Test, Temperature Humidity Bias, Solder Reflow. Loads and unloads samples to and from environmental test equipment. Configures HAST boards in preparation for hast loading. Cleans Burn-in boards, HAST and THB boards as requested by Reliability Engineers. Performs system transactions and ensures data accuracy. Inspects and prepare samples for ATE testing by putting samples back to tray or tube. Bring reliability lots in dispatch area and receive lots from dispatch, receiving or QA buy off area. Performs archiving of samples and documents of completed Reliability Projects. Maintains good housekeeping of workstations and lab area all the time. Complies to company policies and other industry standard requirements.
