Investigate the root cause of audit findings or accidents and prepare (short-term / long-term) corrective action reports for presentation to the food safety team.
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure by company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
Inspect facilities, equipment, products, and personnel to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations.
Prepare reports, and develop guidelines and standards practices related to food safety for traceability and records.
Assist the Production Supervisor with hands-on operational activities, ensuring production requirements are met.
Responsible for reporting to the QA head for discrepancies in the result of the standard quality process.
