Job Description
To lead and drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all real estate development projects with the objective of ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic vision, maximizing profitability, and contributing to the growth and development of Company.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for all real estate development projects, aligning with the company's long-term vision and market opportunities
- Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to identify viable development opportunities and assess potential risks
- Formulate and present strategic proposals to top management and investors, outlining project objectives, timelines, and financial projections
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Identify and analyze emerging market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making
Project Management & Execution
Oversee all phases of real estate development projects, including land acquisition, due diligence, planning, design, permitting, construction, marketing, and salesDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed within established parametersCoordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project executionImplement rigorous project management methodologies and tools to track progress, manage risks, and ensure quality controlNegotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditionsMonitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standardsBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environmentDefine roles and responsibilities, set performance expectations, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team membersIdentify and address training and development needs to enhance team capabilities and ensure continuous improvementPromote a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the teamEffectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to team members and senior managementConduct comprehensive financial analysis and feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential development projectsDevelop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectivenessAnalyze financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as neededPrepare and present financial reports and projections to top management and investorsManage project financing, including securing loans, equity investments, and other funding sourcesStakeholder Management & Communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, government agencies, community leaders, and other key stakeholdersRepresent the company in public forums and industry events, promoting the company's brand and reputationEffectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountabilityNegotiate and resolve conflicts and disputes with stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomesCultivate and maintain positive relationships with local communities, ensuring projects are developed in a socially responsible mannerPerform other duties as may be assigned or delegated from time to timeQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldA Master’s degree is preferred but not necessary20+ years of experience in real estate development with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projectsLeadership and Management Skills, Negotiation, Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsReal estate development life cycle including land acquisition, planning, design, construction, marketing, and sales, Financial Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Project Management, Local Real Estate Market Trends and RegulationsWork Location
