Responsibilities
- Provide WMOS system support with relations to customer requirements, operations requirements, and others as stated in site’s SLA
- Responsible in checking all errors that will occur in the translation of messages
- Responsible in providing all the necessary data from external or internal customer with relations to WMOS data as approved by site lead.
- Support on conducting review or creation of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of your area, including understanding and detailing best practices and deviations that may occur during the process' execution.
- To provide WMOS system support especially on administering projects to operations, starting from idea creation to execution and sustainability, on performing system health checks covering operations and inventory, and any continuous improvement project initiatives.
- Act as first line of defense on WMOS-related issues of, but not limited to, operations or inventory of site thru WMOS Production or Test environments.
Requirements
