The Campaign Head serves as the strategic architect of our data labeling operations.
This is not a "maintenance" role; it is a consulting-led leadership position .
You will act as the primary advisor to client Campaign Owners (Data Scientists, ML Leads, and Product Managers), translating their high-level Machine Learning objectives into sophisticated operational roadmaps.
You will leverage your consulting pedigree to identify trends, mitigate risks before they scale, and provide multi-level insights that influence the client's AI product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory
Strategic Liaison : Act as the "Enterprise Consultant" for the client organization, helping campaign owners define success metrics that align with model performance goals.
Insight Generation : Move beyond "reporting" to provide "consulting insights." Use operational data to advise the client on data quality trends, edge cases, and potential model biases.
Problem Architecture : Lead high-stakes discovery sessions to help clients structure new, complex labeling campaigns from scratch.
2. Multi-Level Insights & Data Storytelling
Internal Coordination : Partner with internal Data Analysts, Quality Leads, and Ops Managers to synthesize raw metrics into an executive-level narrative.
Root Cause Strategy : Analyze cross-campaign trends to identify systemic issues (e.g., shifts in invalid escalation trends) and present long-term structural solutions to the client.
Business Reviews (MBR / QBR) : Design and lead executive-level presentations that showcase ROI, operational efficiency, and strategic recommendations for the next fiscal period.
3. Advanced Project & Campaign Management
Roadmap Ownership : Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent labeling campaigns, ensuring they hit aggressive milestones and accuracy benchmarks.
Risk Mitigation : Anticipate bottlenecks in capacity or data flow and proactively pivot resources to maintain SLA integrity.
Governance : Implement high-standard Quality Management Systems (QMS) across all pods to ensure 99%+ data fidelity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Consulting & Leadership Experience
8+ years of total experienc e, with at least 3-4 years in a top-tier Management Consulting firm or a high-growth Strategy / Ops role.
Proven track record of managing large, complex project portfolios with multimillion-dollar impacts.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at the VP / Director level.
2. Technical & Strategic Proficiency
Strategic Thinking : Ability to turn messy operational data into a clear, persuasive business case.
ML / AI Familiarity (Strongly Preferred) : Deep understanding of the data labeling lifecycle and its impact on Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation.
Project Management (Strongly Preferred) : Mastery of Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Communication Excellence
Exceptional storytelling ability; can translate technical "labeler errors" into "strategic risks" for non-technical client leaders.
Fluent in "Executive Presence"- comfortable being the lead voice in high-stakes client meetings.
