Customer Care is responsible for providing excellent support to clients by handling inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Must be at least a College graduate
2. At least 1-2 years of experience.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4. Familiarity with SharePoint and other office management software.
5. Excellent organizational and time management.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Willing to work Monday-Saturday.
8. Willing to work in a shifting schedule (day shift or night shift).
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Answering phone calls, responding to email and interacting with online chats on Facebook and website.
2. Interact with other departments.
