Primary Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications, ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to project timelines, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress, provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end systems, collaborate with UI / UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces, monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Full-Stack Development : Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, nextjs, html, css, js), expertise in back-end frameworks in Java microservice, solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, experience with CI / CD pipelines and deployment tools, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Code Review and Testing : Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability, implement unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance and scalability.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives.
