The Role :

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing product development team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping user experiences that are as beautiful as they are functional. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to translate complex problems into elegant, user-centered solutions.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation through execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product vision and requirements.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Advocate for design excellence and user-centered thinking in every aspect of the product development lifecycle.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and data to continuously improve product experiences.
  • Contribute to and help evolve our design systems and guidelines.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your UX and visual design skills.
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with product managers and software engineers.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication skills—you can explain your design decisions clearly and effectively.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for solving real user problems.

    • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or data-rich applications.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
