Job Summary :

The Voice Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for processing and managing customer orders received via voice channels, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. This role involves coordinating with various teams to complete fulfillment tasks on time while maintaining high-quality communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and requests through phone or other voice platforms.-
• Verify customer details and order information to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and support teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Track and update order status, providing customers with timely updates.
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, orders, and communications.
• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, accuracy rate, and service quality.
• Support process improvements to streamline order fulfillment operations.
