Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

Onsite Clark, Pampanga

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Clark. This is a work-from-office position , ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on complex development projects. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about writing clean, efficient code while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Conduct QA testing and troubleshoot across multiple browsers and platforms.
Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.

Essential Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years proven experience in frontend and backend development.

Proficiency in Python / Django for backend and HTML5, CSS, JavaScript for frontend.

Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework ( React, Angular, or Vue.js ).

Strong experience with SQL, XML, and JSON-based APIs .

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and testing.

Ability to work independently with a positive can-do attitude.

Desired (Not Required)

UX / design background.

Experience with CMS platforms (Wagtail, WordPress).

Linux systems administration.

Familiarity with web security, cross-browser testing, and performance optimization.

Working knowledge of SEO principles.

Experience with project management / version control tools (e.g., JIRA, Bitbucket).

Cloud platform (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker).
