Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation — ideally with Australian clients or firms. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required). Strong detailing and documentation skills with sound knowledge of Australian codes and standards (BCA / NCC). Proficiency in other design and visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred : Experience in Australian residential and commercial projects. Ability to take ownership of drawing sets from concept to documentation. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Trello, or Asana. Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
