Title : Financial Planning & Analysis Officer (Laguna)
The Financial Planning & Analysis Officer will work with the FP&A Manager in coordinating, consolidating, planning and analysis of the five-year strategic plan, annual budget / target, monthly outlook, and monthly financial performance of the company. This role will conduct special financial studies related to new business, product initiatives, and scenario analysis and ensure accurate and timely preparation of essential financial reports and contribute to process improvements to enhance business-as-usual operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial studies to support new business initiatives, product development, and scenario-based decision-making.
- Lead preparation and cascade of the finance calendar, including corporate initiatives with other departments to ensure alignment on assumptions, requirements, and timelines.
- Develop templates under the guidance of the Finance Director for special studies and scenario analysis.
- Perform cyclical updates on calculations as required and prepare presentation decks for financial insights and recommendations.
- Build and enhance operational processes to streamline business-as-usual (BAU) and reporting activities.
Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting or in an auditing firm.Preferably, a Certified Public Accountant or holder of equivalent certifications (e.g., CMA, CFA).Experience in a food, fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing industry, or in an auditing firm.Understanding of different accounting principles with the ability to do variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and other financial metrics (cash conversion cycle, inventory turnover, return on investment).Proven capability to build and manage large databases for scenario planning, data analysis, reporting and process improvement.Strong critical and analytical mindset, highly organized, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.Willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Canlubang, Laguna.Zenith Foods Corporation, Inc., the hiring entity, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation.
