Reporting directly to the Strategic Bank Partnership Lead, thi s role is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among the two bank loans departments- MBTC CLG & PSBank LIS. Primary role is to engage with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy while also developing key strategies to increase AXA Charter Ping An’s wallet share in the bank’s loans portfolio and ensure General Insurance business profitability.
This role will be in charge in managing, implementing, monitoring and asses and recommend for re-evaluation, activities and process improvement deployed for their respective bank partner counterparts to build a sustainable, flexible and ever- evolving bank loans processes and strategies.

Relevant experience :
Solid General Insurance and business development experience in Bancassurance, Insurance.Ensure comprehensive product knowledge of AXA General Insurance products and services.Continuously develop on relationship management and strategic thinking through ongoing compliance to training and development and adherence to defined sales management process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
