NPI Supervisor - Injection Molding (47668) - FPIP II, Sto. Tomas

Salary : 25,000 - 32,000

Shifting Schedule (Morning & Night), with an alternate Saturday schedule (approximately 2x a month)

Required Experience :

・Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related course)

・At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the same field

・Knowledge of injection molding machine parameters and tooling

・Strong reporting and organizational skills

・Willing to work on-site at Sto. Tomas, Batangas

・Experience in supervising a small team in a manufacturing environment

・Exposure to customer communication and cross-functional coordination

RESPONSIBILITIES :

・Assist the NPI Manager / Assistant Manager in evaluating and approving product samples.

・Submit daily performance reports on tools and samples for superior review.

・Arrange, check, and monitor sample quality to meet standards.

・Identify and troubleshoot problematic tools that do not meet quality requirements.

・Recommend suitable injection machines for different product levels.

・Organize and facilitate training programs for subordinates.

・Support continuous improvement activities in the production process.
