Position : Parent Stock Sales and Technical Specialist

Location : Bukidnon

Employment Type : Full-Time (Stay-In)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Parent Stock Sales and Technical Specialist to join our growing poultry operations in Bukidnon. The role is responsible for managing and supporting all sales, customer service, and technical activities related to parent stock (breeder) operations.

Qualifications

Graduate of Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Science, or any related field
With at least 2 years of experience in poultry operations, farm management, or technical sales (preferably in breeder or parent stock management)
Strong understanding of poultry production, biosecurity protocols, feed management, and animal health programs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proficient in data recording, analysis, and farm performance reporting
Willing to travel and stay on-site in Bukidnon (Stay-In arrangement with free meals and accommodation)

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales and client relationships by providing technical advice and ensuring timely delivery of parent stock orders to customers

Conduct farm visits and performance evaluations to monitor bird health, production results, and compliance with management standards

Provide technical support and recommendations on feeding programs, vaccination schedules, biosecurity measures, and management practices

Work closely with production, veterinary, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Prepare and submit technical and sales reports , including market trends and client feedback, to management
