Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Solutions Architect. The Sales Solutions Architect will design and implement solution architectures for clients, provide consulting services, and integrate software to meet client requirements. Responsibilities include conducting thorough business process analyses, working closely with sales and development teams, and ensuring that proposed solutions are viable and align with clients\' strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Solution Architecture and Integration skills
  • Consulting experience in client-facing roles
  • Background in Software Development
  • Knowledge of Business Process analysis and improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the eCommerce or customer service industry is a plus
