Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Brand Support Assist in conducting brand health checks (checking consistency of logos, packaging, displays, and messaging). Monitor competitors and provide simple market trend reports. Help ensure brand guidelines are applied across in-store and digital touchpoints.
2. Display & Merchandising Support in setting up and maintaining store / product displays. Coordinate with suppliers or vendors for POS materials (signage, posters, display stands). Regularly check and report on display compliance in-store or online.
3. Sales Tracking & Forecast Assistance Collect and organize sales data for reports. Assist in preparing basic sales forecasts and performance summaries. Flag products that are underperforming or need promotional push.
4. Promotions & Marketing Support Help execute promotions and campaigns (in-store, online, and events). Assist in preparing marketing materials and coordinating with the marketing team. Track results of promotions and summarize for team review.
5. Cross-Team Coordination Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of brand activities. Provide administrative and coordination support for events, product launches, or pop-ups. Maintain files, reports, and brand documentation.
