Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Prepare internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in the preparation of board meetings, executive reports, and strategic documentation.
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Track and prioritize tasks, deadlines, and projects to ensure timely execution.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Liaise with internal staff, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of the executive.
Perform personal and administrative tasks as needed to support the executive.
