The Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality bread, pastries, and other baked products. The role ensures efficiency, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards while maintaining cleanliness and proper inventory. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS
1. At least a High School graduate (Culinary or Baking Certificate is an advantage).
2. Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role is a plus.
3. Knowledge of baking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
