QUALIFICATIONS :
Educational Attainment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience Required
At least 5–7 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or brandmanagement roles.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects.Skills
Strong project management and organizational skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with attention to detail and strategic thinking.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.RESPONSIBILITIES : Budget Management :
Manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and alignment with company budgetguidelines
Campaign Execution :
Align with the Brand Managers and Key Account Managers on brand campaign (ProductLaunch, Trade Activations, Photoshoot etc.) guidelines, calendars and executions.
Collaborate with the Product Development Team and Sales Team on new product launchesand ongoing brand support.
Supervise and evaluate activations of promotions (offline and online), ensuring alignment withaccount objectives.
Oversee influencer marketing efforts in relation to marketing campaign.Manage the Complan with the Brand Managers of the campaign executionsConduct post-marketing analysis to assess the effectiveness of trade and online campaigns.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry standard best practices in tradeactivations and campaign strategies
Public Relations :
Coordinate with press and media to distribute PR kits and develop informative and engagingpress releases, media reports, newsletters, and other materials.
Lead the Creative Services Team in creating communication and marketing strategies forcompany events and promotions.
Corporate Employer Marketing :
Oversee corporate social media accounts such as the company’s LinkedIn and Facebookaccount.
Handle corporate events communication and press releases.Paid Media Buying :
Develop and execute paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms such as GoogleAds, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.

Analyze performance data and identify areas of improvement to enhance campaigneffectiveness.

Team Management :
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to the marketing / creative team to fostercapability building and reduce attrition.
