Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and native platform insights.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews and feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1+ years of proven experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
