Senior HR Business Admin

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years experience in US payroll (handling 300 employees preferred)

- Familiarity with ADP is required; Paycom experience is a plus

- Experience managing payroll across multiple companies on a weekly or bi-weekly cycle

- Knowledge of California payroll laws is a strong advantage

- Background in logistics or last-mile delivery operations is highly preferred

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid command of Google Workspace or MS Office tools.
