Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (licensed) With 2-3 years’ experience in HVAC design, installation, and sales or from similar industry Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems and applications Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team Having existing client leads or network is highly desirable Willing to travel and conduct client visits Competitive salary and commission package Opportunities for career growth and development Supportive and dynamic work environment
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market
- Prepare and present technical and financial proposals to clients
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and technical evaluations\Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams for project execution
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
