Job description

Admin Assistant (Education) We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the client's daily operations and help streamline internal processes.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to take initiative, someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment and helping a business grow from the inside out.

Part-time :  20 hours per week (can grow to more hours) Remote :  Fully remote, CET working hours Engagement Type :  Independent Contractor Monthly Rate : $400-550 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience) What You'll Be Doing : Manage and update records and databases, ensuring all client, student, and partner information is accurate and up-to-date.

Support the creation and comprehensive documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to build clarity and consistency across the company.

Assist the Marketing Strategist with administrative and coordination tasks related to campaigns, content execution, or partnership management.

Handle form submissions and manage documents, ensuring proper filing and organization of digital and physical records.

Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders as needed (e.g., schools, parents, or service providers).

Provide general administrative support to the Founder, including scheduling, email management, and project follow-up.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and take initiative in streamlining workflows and processes.

Who You Are : 3+ years of experience in administrative or operational support roles, ideally in a small business or startup setting.

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Comfortable using essential tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and project management or CRM software.

A proactive, independent worker who can manage time effectively with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a growing business.

Experience or background in education, international student services, or consulting is a strong plus.
