Job Description
This is a remote position.
We’re hiring a Performance Ads Expert or Agency with a proven track record of scaling health and regulated brands (medical devices, telehealth, supplements, diagnostics, mental health, etc.) on YouTube, Native (Taboola / Outbrain), and TikTok .
Your mission : stand up and scale compliant campaigns across these channels to 6–7 figures / month in profitable spend while navigating policy guardrails flawlessly.
You’ll own the full growth engine end-to-end : media buying, creative and pre-lander strategy, landing page / CRO, attribution and measurement, and orchestration of creative / tech resources. If you’ve repeatedly taken health brands from $0 → $1M+ / mo on one or more of these channels (with case-study proof), we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
Channel Leadership
YouTube : Launch and scale to 6–7 figures / month, leveraging Demand Gen and CTV where applicable.
Native (Taboola / Outbrain + others) : Build high-velocity headline / thumbnail / ad flows, launch pre-landers, optimize site / placement clusters, and scale with disciplined CAC / ROAS.
TikTok : Architect compliant campaigns, work with UGC creators, run structured creative testing, and scale while managing platform policy reviews.
Policy & Compliance
Keep approval rates >
95% across all platforms by proactively managing health claims, disclaimers, eligibility, and policy nuances.
Anticipate risks and implement a compliance-first approach to ads, pre-landers, and LPs.
Creative & Testing Engine
Build and manage a pipeline of hooks, angles, proof-based creatives, advertorial flows, and UGC that balance performance with compliance.
Maintain a 2–3 new concept / week cadence per channel; structure creative tests (concept → variant → scale).
CRO & Landing Pages
Create and iterate pre-landers (quizorials, expert POV, comparison flows) and LPs (trust architecture, proof modules, mobile speed).
Run A / B tests to lift CTR, CVR, AOV / LTV, and lead quality.
Attribution & Tracking
Implement GA4, Tag Manager, Enhanced Conversions, and offline conversion imports.
Integrate and analyze data across MTA tools (Hyros, Northbeam, Triple Whale) and platform dashboards.
Build stakeholder dashboards in Looker Studio.
Team & Resource Management
Brief and manage UGC creators, editors, designers, copywriters, CRO / dev resources.
Clearly define asset and resourcing needs to hit performance targets.
Reporting & Insights
Weekly scorecards with wins, losses, and next bets.
Document creative and LP playbooks for repeatable scale.
Requirements
What Great Looks Like (30 / 60 / 90)
30 days : Risk / compliance map, account setup, pixels / tracking live, first test assets launched across all 3 channels.
60 days : 95%+ approval rates, 2–3 profitable scaling pockets identified, 2–4 LP tests live, consistent creative testing cadence.
90 days : Confident path to 6–7 figures / month across YouTube / Native / TikTok; stable CAC / ROAS; creative & LP playbooks; CTV plan in motion.
Must-Have Experience
Health / regulated category campaigns with approved ads on YouTube, Native, and / or TikTok.
Taken 2–3 brands from $0 → $1M+ / mo in spend with case-study proof (CAC / ROAS, CVR, approval rates).
Deep understanding of compliance-safe performance drivers (claims, proof, disclaimers, hooks, headlines, offers).
Strong CRO / LP expertise : advertorials, quizorials, trust architecture, mobile speed, conversion lift.
Creative leadership : briefs, scripts, UGC direction, video editing, thumbnails.
Data fluency : GA4, GTM, Enhanced Conversions, Looker Studio; disciplined experimentation frameworks.
Nice to Have
Connected TV buying / measurement (YouTube CTV, incremental lift).
Experience with secondary native platforms (Yahoo Native, Revcontent, MGID).
Familiarity with FDA / FTC / ASA health advertising rules, HIPAA / PHI considerations.
Experience with MMM, geo-testing, and brand / search lift studies.
