JOB DESCRIPTION :
Primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service
level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting
customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Excellent English Communication Skills
Open to college graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience
Amenable to work on shifting schedule and during holidays if needed
Willing to work in Cebu City, Cebu.
Also open to high school, senior high school graduates or college undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience
