REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Fresh Graduates and undergraduates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can drive 4-wheel vehicles (with a valid driver’s license).
• Willing to travel locally and internationally for work.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION :

• Coordinate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to implement sales strategies and operational plans.
• Serve as a translator and interpreter between Chinese, Tagalog, and English during meetings, communications, and documentation.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong Distributor-to-Company and Company-to-Distributor relationships.
• Handle Chinese-language communications, negotiations, and discussions with distributors.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data summaries using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and backend systems.
• Conduct on-site training and orientation for distributor staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Supervise and monitor distributor staff performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Regional Sales Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure proper usage, care, and maintenance of the company vehicle.
• Provide driving assistance for business-related activities when necessary.
