Position Title : Retail Sales Executive for NCR

Work Location : NCR

Work Setup : Onsite

Work Schedule : Day Shift (Shifting Schedule)

Employment Type : Regular | Full-time

Salary : PHP 23,000 – PHP 28,000

Areas of Assignment : Malls, Supermarkets, Airport, or Casino

Qualifications

College graduate or at least 2 years in college
Confident and charismatic personality
Good English and Tagalog communication skills (natural conversational style)
Work experience in customer service is required
With a sales or retail sales background
Willing to work on shifting schedules

Job Description & Responsibilities

Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes

Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials

Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services

Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
