Job Purpose
Drive growth by marketing and selling advanced pumps, motors, and related products. As a Sales Engineer, you’ll engage clients, prepare winning proposals, and deliver technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Selling
- Gather market intel to support sales projections and marketing strategies.
- Call on prospective clients to promote our products and services.
- Review customer requirements like tender documents, plans, and equipment specs.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals / tenders.
- Negotiate and close deals, drawing up sales contracts.
Account Management & Customer Care
- Deliver product and technical presentations confidently.
- Provide after-sales support by coordinating project implementation with the Project Management Team.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service.
- Coach and mentor Pre-Sales Engineers.
Additional Responsibilities
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Consistently produce quality outputs and meet service level agreements.
- Maintain professional grooming and punctuality.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of any four-year Business or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering course
- Minimum 3 years selling experience, preferably in pumps, motors, or technical products
- Technical knowledge of pumps and motors
- Strong business sense and sound judgment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective team player with strong communication skills
