We’re looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant who can handle more than just scheduling and admin.
You’ll work directly with the founder to support outreach, research, and operations — managing LinkedIn campaigns, building prospect lists, and coordinating with marketing and growth agencies. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role designed for someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable getting things done with minimal oversight.

What You’ll Work On
Executive Support
Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups for the founderKeep tasks organized and ensure priorities are met across meetings and projectsHandle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismGrowth & Outreach
Take ownership of LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the founder’s accountBuild lists of marketing and growth agencies , research key contacts, and submit partnership or inquiry requestsExecute outreach campaigns efficiently and track engagement metricsDraft and send follow-ups, ensuring consistent communication flowOperations & Research
Conduct market and agency research to support BD and partnership initiativesManage CRM updates, data cleanup, and outreach tracking in spreadsheets or automation toolsHelp organize proposals, contracts, and communications for new partnershipsContribute to internal process improvements and tool documentationWhat You Bring
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or BD Support roleHands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and outreachStrong organization, attention to detail, and written communication skillsProficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and Excel / SheetsAbility to handle fast-changing priorities and work directly with leadershipDriven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a startup settingNice to Have
Experience in marketing, growth, or agency partnershipsFamiliarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)Understanding of lead generation or business development workflowsInterest in AI, SaaS, or GTM automationHow to Apply
