Job descriptionEffectively respond to client issues that arise through management reporting weekly and Monthly Updates internal tools like spreadsheets Recommending improvements to current processes Perform other related duties as assigned Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing Resourcefulness, detail-oriented, and highly organized Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize to quickly respond to clients and sellers Detail-oriented and highly organized Must be proficient in Excel functions and shortcuts Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures A background in customer service is a plus Able to work the graveyard shift Experience with third-party marketplaces (online commerce) is a plus Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Salary Range : The salary will be customized according to their level of experience. Subject to evaluation.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
This position will handle multiple projects and will allow the ideal candidate to undertake a variety of responsibilities, depending on client needs. This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail with consistent accuracy. S / he will communicate directly with US Clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Direct Client communication, and meeting various client demands
- Communicating with Amazon sellers via email or call
- Understanding all aspects of the projects including working with multiple departments,
maintaining, monitoring, and summarizing project progress
