Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST

Pay Range : $2,000 - $5,000 / mo ( Final offer depends on client approval and candidate's skills and experience)

Work Set Up : Full-Time Independent Contractor

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior, AI-first Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead who is deeply experienced in using AI as a force multiplier across the entire development lifecycle. This role carries the same expectations as a traditional senior tech lead, but with the added requirement that AI-assisted workflows are used expertly to achieve significantly higher output, speed, and throughput than would be possible without AI.

This is not a prompt-only role. The developer must independently design systems, validate architecture, integrate AI-generated code, and deliver production-ready software at scale and on schedule. AI is not optional—it is core to how success in this role is measured.

What you’ll do :

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of production-grade applications using AI-first workflows.
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable, secure, high-traffic systems, including custom CMS and e-commerce platforms.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development while maintaining strict engineering standards.
• Review, refactor, connect, and harden AI-generated code into cohesive, maintainable systems.
• Own frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and integrations across the full stack.
• Lead and mentor two mid-level developers, ensuring execution, quality, and delivery.
• Design and maintain complex CMS solutions for large-scale prescription medication e-commerce systems.
• Ensure database integrity, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Partner with DevOps on deployments, CI / CD, and environment automation.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on architecture decisions, priorities, and execution.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Document systems, workflows, and technical decisions clearly.
