• Basic computer proficiency
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Neat and professional appearance
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• At least a high school graduate

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Welcome guests with a smile
• Guide guests to their tables
• Answer questions about the menu or restaurant
• Work with staff to manage tables and waiting guests
• Keep the front desk clean and organized
• Always be polite and presentable
