Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Head Associate located in Bulacan with some work from home acceptable. The Unit Head Associate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the unit, ensuring all targets and performance metrics are met. Key tasks include managing and coordinating unit activities, providing leadership and support to team members, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing data, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Leadership, Team Management, and Coordination skills
• Operational Planning, Strategy Implementation, and Productivity Enhancement skills
• Data Analysis, Report Preparation, and Performance Metrics Monitoring skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field
