We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers for our business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and building strong sales pipelines to drive revenue growth and business expansion for the AU and NZ market.

What You'll Be Doing
1. Lead Research & Prospecting
Identify potential business leads through job boards, LinkedIn, company websites, and industry platforms.Run outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn messaging, etc.) tailored to our target market.Stay updated on industry trends to help spot new opportunities for engagement.2. Qualifying & Engaging Leads
Assess and qualify leads to ensure they fit our ideal client profile.Initiate contact with potential clients and engage them in conversations about their team needs and business challenges.Maintain and grow relationships with leads over time, even if they’re not immediately ready to convert.3. Tools & Workflow Support
Develop a strong understanding of the tools, systems, and processes that support our end-to-end lead generation and sales workflow.This includes but is not limited to CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), data enrichment tools, scraping platforms, and outreach automation software.Ensure all lead data is accurately recorded, updated, and maintained in alignment with internal standards.Support the Sales team by : Coordinating meeting schedules, compiling proposal documents and organizing sales-related materials to ensure a smooth sales cycle.4. Team Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.Share insights on lead trends, campaign results, and challenges in regular sales meetings.What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar—or equivalent practical experience.At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development.Comfortable using CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and outreach tools.Good communication skills, both written and spoken.Able to manage your time well, stay organized, and work independently.A proactive mindset—someone who’s curious, motivated, and not afraid to test new ideas.Experience in remote staffing, outsourcing, or BPO is a plus (but not required).
