Our client in the food and beverage industry is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join their kitchen team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of dishes with precision, quality, and consistency, while ensuring efficiency and cleanliness in the kitchen. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the overall guest experience by delivering meals that meet culinary standards and are served on time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and instructions from the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Ensure all food is prepared, plated, and presented consistently and in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, tools, and equipment.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen team members, including Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, and fellow Line Cooks.
- Assist in daily prep work and kitchen closing duties as assigned.
- Support menu innovation and recipe testing as needed.
- Stay informed about current culinary trends and cooking methods.
Requirements

Starting salary range : 18,000
