Job Summary :
Proactively grow Eastern Exponents Inc.'s customer base by targeting provincial markets and building relationships with contractors, developers, resort owners, and homeowners. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales during client visits, and representing the company professionally in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients, especially outside Metro Manila
- Present and promote Emaux and Astralpool swimming pool products and LEO Domestic water pumps
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Close sales on-site and secure initial orders or down payments whenever possible
- Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients (contractors, hardware stores, developers) and B2C customers (resort / homeowners)Serve as a consistent point of contact for field-based inquiries and follow-upsProvide basic after-sales support and coordinate with in-house staff for deliveries, quotations, and technical queriesRoute & Field Planning
Plan efficient field routes to maximize time and minimize travel costsPrioritize hot leads, high-potential areas, and follow-up visitsMaintain a clear and realistic weekly schedule of field activitiesReporting & Documentation
Submit weekly reports detailing visits, leads, and conversionsUpdate CRM or sales tracking spreadsheets with client data and notesLog feedback, objections, or opportunities observed during field visitsSales Kit & Presentation
Bring all necessary materials (product brochures, tablet, quotations, visit log sheets) to each visitUndergo and maintain up-to-date product knowledge through internal trainingBe able to explain technical product details clearly and confidentlyCompliance & Integrity
Follow internal protocols when collecting payments or facilitating ordersEnsure clients receive official documents (ORs, contracts, delivery schedules)Submit field expenses or reimbursement requests with complete documentationRequired Qualifications
Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
Non-graduates with relevant technical sales experience are also welcome to apply
