Account specific roles and responsibilities
Quality Assurance :
- Monitor and follow up on clinical notes and session conversions that are past due
- Ensure compliance with internal QA standards and timelines
Back Office Support :
Perform general administrative dutiesEnter data such as therapy schedules and insurance authorizations into Central Reach or similar systemsCredentialing Support :
Contact insurance companies to verify and assist with credentialing processes
Track and maintain credentialing documentation and status updates .
Requirements
Prior experience in U.S. healthcare insuranceComfortable using scheduling and authorization platforms (e.g., Central Reach or similar)Strong English comprehension and fluencyWilling to work in Buendia, MakatiAmenable working night shiftBenefits
