Job description

JOB OBJECTIVE :

  • To ferry officers / staff / guests to and from official destinations.
  • To ensure complete, accurate, and on time deliveries of the products to the customers to achieve customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : (Must be non-smoker.)

  • Inspect vehicle tires, lights, brakes, fluids etc. to ensure safe and cost effective performance with preventive maintenance in mind.
  • Drive passengers or Deliver stocks via the most effective route according to established time frame and policies.
  • Maintain communication to the immediate superior during deliveries to ensure any updated instructions are received.
  • Maintain a safe driving record free violation.
  • Maintain and monitor vehicle maintenance, registration and driving record requirements.
  • Keep vehicles clean inside and out.
  • Perform occasional warehouse duties. Assist other staff in loading and unloading products.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Report to the immediate superior any issues encountered during driving.
  • Perform other related duties that are assigned.
