Position : Mandarin Admin Assistant

Industry : Digital Entertainment Firm

Location : BGC, Taguig

Schedule : Dayshift Schedule

Salary : Php 120,000

Work Set-up : Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

  • Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
  • Open to undergraduates and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Having experience in payroll or salary computation is a plus.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION :

  • Handle office tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in organizing company events or team-building activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by the HR department.
  • Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking staff and other departments.
  • Translate emails, documents, and other communication between Chinese-speaking staff and the team.
  • Assist in setting up meetings and facilitating communication for cross-language teams.
  • Handle all monetization and cash advance requests, including verifying amounts and approvals.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely disbursement of funds.
  • Maintain a record of all financial transactions and ensure transparency in the request process.
  • Manage employee records, leave requests, and other HR-related documents.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and streamers by coordinating orientation and necessary paperwork.
  • Process employee requests for time off, benefits, and other HR-related inquiries.
