The Head of SHE leads the development and execution of the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) strategy for the Software Solutions division of Weir, ensuring alignment with our global standards and compliance with local regulations.

As Software Solutions enters a phase of rapid growth—including the integration of Micromine, Motion Metrics and Fast2Mine—the role focuses on managing SHE risks across diverse geographies and operational contexts.

Success in this role requires strong technical SHE expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the business. Operating within a global matrix, this role will collaborate with senior leaders to embed a proactive safety culture, drive performance, and support continuous improvement.
