Job description :
Primarily source, screen and endorse candidates based on set job responsibilities and qualifications of the new / vacant post.
Interview candidates for a wide range of roles.
Conduct initial phone screens to manage shortlist of qualified candidates.
Monitor the hiring progress and report the status of such.
May time to time handle other facets of Human Resource as needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree courses.
At least 1 year of experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
Knowledgeable of sourcing techniques on different recruitment platforms or other social media sites.
