Job description

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain

Management, or a related field., MA or MBA is a Plus

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory role, in a manufacturing set-up.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control

processes.

Knowledgeable in material simulation

Proven track record in leading and managing teams, including performance evaluation, task delegation, and team development.

Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining safety compliance and

warehouse safety regulations.

Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize warehouse workflows, including receiving, storage, and dispatching operations.

Experience in conducting regular inventory checks and audits, ensuring shipment

accuracy and proper documentation.

Background in handling warehouse improvement projects, including process

enhancements, system upgrades, and efficiency initiatives.

Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna Inc, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
