Job Description :

We are looking for motivated and customer focused individuals to join our growing team as Retail Account Associates. In this role you will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and ensure that every client has a positive experience with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist customers with product and service inquiries

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently

Process orders, returns, and account updates

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals

Qualifications :

At least a high school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong customer service and problem solving skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
