Overview
Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Sales Head with extensive experience in Key Account Management and Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry. This role will be responsible for leading the entire sales organization, shaping sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and strengthening partnerships across modern trade, general trade, and emerging channels. The Sales Head will play a critical role in ensuring market competitiveness, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives; lead the sales organization covering Key Accounts, General Trade, and Trade Marketing; establish annual sales targets, budgets, and forecast plans to ensure profitability; provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support management decisions; strengthen relationships with top modern trade and general trade partners; lead high-level negotiations on trading terms, contracts, and promotional activities; ensure category growth and account profitability through strategic partnerships; expand distribution in priority channels and regions.
- Trade Marketing & Business Development : Oversee the design and execution of trade marketing programs to maximize brand visibility and sales uplift; ensure effective allocation and ROI measurement of trade spend and promotions; collaborate with marketing to create channel-specific strategies and shopper marketing initiatives; identify and capitalize on new channel opportunities (e-commerce, specialty retail, etc.).
- People Leadership & Performance Management : Lead, coach, and mentor the sales and trade marketing teams to achieve business goals; foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture across the sales organization; build strong succession pipelines and talent development initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Drive collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and finance to achieve integrated business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Sales Head / National Sales Manager).Strong background in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, and Channel Development .Proven track record of delivering revenue and market share growth in a competitive FMCG environment.Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Strong financial and commercial acumenApply with us today and join us in delighting our employees, customers, consumers, and communities with good food choices!
