Job descriptionKnowledge : Adept in understanding and analyzing Hygiene, Paper & Cardboard market and its competition. Skills / Abilities : Equipped with skills in presentation, negotiation, product application, testing, customer service, complaint analysis, conflict resolution, technical reporting, and communication for both Filipino and English. Attitude : Self-motivated; able to work and contribute effectively to a team; positive work values and ethics; innovative and focused on continuous improvements; manifests sense of ownership on tasks and responsibilities .Must be a team player and can adjust to various walks of life. Education : Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Management, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Experience : 3 - 6 years of sales and technical experience in adhesives , packaging or FMCG industry preferred.
Mission Details
- Business Development : Support Regional Sales Manager with solution selling into current account base as well as expanding New Business Developments (NBDs). To provide regular Sales Reporting.
- Sales Support : Provide technical consultancy such as product recommendations and support machine trials to current / new customers / applications. Conduct competitive analysis to find selling point.
- Technical Support : Visit key customers and distributors routinely to understand their requirements and provide them timely technical support.
- Product and Application Training : Provide technical training to customers to improve their knowledge of our complete product range and improve their troubleshooting capabilities.
- Customer Complaint Handling : Work with customer service, sales, R&D, and QA to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Reporting : Provide detailed technical reports of customer trials / visits and laboratory trials / testing. Proactively work to coordinate technical issues with global expert teams.
- System and Procedures : Comply 100% with EHS and Quality management system policies and requirements.
