Setup and Location : Onsite- 36F Cyberscape Gamma Ortigas Pasig City 1605

Work Schedule : 9 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM (AEST) 6 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM (PH Time)

Employment Type : Full-time

Client requires a diligent and eager person to fulfill the admin support position with the primary function of supporting the customer services sales and management teams. The primary role will be managing renewals placing purchase orders updating databases and a host of admin functions. There is however plenty of opportunities to get involved with other parts of the business and develop the role further if the candidate has the appetite to expand their skill set. This would potentially include marketing activities. Colleagues will support the candidate. The role is full-time depending on the candidate.

What Youll Do

Youll be the kind of person who :

  • Updating and maintaining various system databases.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  • Developing strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Preparing quotations for software and warranty renewals.
  • Ordering renewal and equipment upon approval of quotations.
  • Working closely with Administration Sales / Account Managers and Technical teams.
  • Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
  • Logging calls into the help desk system for overflow calls.
  • Managing warranty claims.

What You Bring

  • Proven 2 years of experience of relevant administrative support experience.
  • Exhibits accountability and great work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal English business communication skills.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Decent computing operational skills i.e. good handle on email Excel Word and general computer systems.
  • Diligent and responsible. Takes pride in their work and understands the impact on others if processes are
  • not followed.
  • Ability to adapt and willing to put forward recommendations on how to improve processes.
  • Happy to expand the role in time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Previous experience in the IT industry would be ideal but not necessary.
  • Positive client and vendor feedback.
  • Meet performance and professional standards.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of services and goods.
  • Introduce innovative solutions / processes where there is room for improvement.
  • Follow up on quotes / purchase orders until completion.
